By accessing or using Ping Protocol ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ping Protocol is a trading intelligence platform that provides:

  • Aggregated data from public Telegram channels ("Caller Tracking")
  • On-chain analytics and wallet cluster detection
  • Token performance metrics and historical data
  • Real-time alerts and notifications

The Service is provided for informational purposes only. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals.

3. No Financial Advice

The information provided on Ping Protocol does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the Platform's content as such.

Ping Protocol does not recommend that any cryptocurrency should be bought, sold, or held by you. Do your own due diligence and consult a financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

4. No Wallet Connection

Ping Protocol is a read-only intelligence layer. We never request wallet connections, private keys, seed phrases, or any form of wallet access. If any service claiming to be Ping Protocol requests such information, it is fraudulent.

5. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the Platform.

Caller statistics, win rates, ROI figures, and other metrics are calculated based on publicly available data and may not reflect actual trading performance. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. Risk Disclosure

Trading cryptocurrencies carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to trade cryptocurrencies, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite.

You could lose some or all of your initial investment. Do not invest money you cannot afford to lose.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to it
  • Scrape, data mine, or extract data from the Service without permission
  • Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent activities
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ping Protocol and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Third-Party Data

The Service aggregates data from third-party sources including public Telegram channels, blockchain networks, and external APIs. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data.

10. Token ($PING)

The $PING token is a utility token used within the Ping Protocol ecosystem. Holding $PING does not represent ownership, equity, or any form of investment in Ping Protocol. The token provides access to premium features and governance participation only.

The value of $PING may fluctuate significantly. We make no guarantees regarding the token's future value or utility.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ping Protocol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any trading decisions made based on information from the Service
  • Unauthorized access to your data or transmissions
  • Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the Service
  • Any third-party conduct on the Service

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
